Food Service Scores
The Jefferson County Department of Health regularly inspects food service establishments where food is prepared or sold for human consumption. Two types of inspections are conducted throughout the year: scored and alternative (non-scored). During a scored inspection, the facility is graded on a 100-point scale and receives a numerical score upon completion.
