Code of Ethical Conduct
The JCDH Code of Ethical Conduct, building on JCDH core values, includes nine standards of behavior that are expected of all JCDH representatives, whether employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, affiliates, and others providing services to JCDH or on behalf of JCDH. It is intended to be used as a framework for guiding ethical decisions and a reference tool when evaluating a situation.

- Provide quality services
- Treat individuals with respect
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Use confidential information responsibly
- Acknowledge and appropriately manage conflicts of interest
- Safeguard and accurately account for JCDH resources
- Provide a safe environment
- Document, code, bill, and collect in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
- Report suspected violations. You may choose to report through your supervisor, the Compliance Officer, or the confidential hotline reporting system without fear of retaliation
