JCDH Department does not intimidate or retaliate against individuals or groups for asserting rights guaranteed under federal law, filing any complaint under federal law, or participating in an EEOC proceeding.

JCDH provides appropriate auxiliary aids and assistance services for individuals such as needing interpreters or alternate communications free of charge to ensure all individuals have equal accessibility and opportunity to programs and information.
