Hotel/Lodging Scores
The Jefferson County Department of Health regularly inspects lodging facilities for cleanliness and the condition of buildings, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and utensils. Two types of inspections are conducted throughout the year: scored and alternative (non-scored). During a scored inspection, the facility is graded on a 100-point scale and receives a numerical score upon completion.
