14-601.11(C) Keep nonfood contact surfaces of equipment (interiors of refrigeration units and cooking equipment, exteriors of equipment, storage shelves, etc.) free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. The gaskets of the small cooler in the kitchen had food particles in the gasket grooves.
13-304.14 Store wet wiping cloths in the appropriate sanitizing solution when they are between uses. Some of the wiping cloth containers lacked sanitizer.
45-202-12 Provide water at a temperature of at least 100 F through a mixing valve or combination faucet at handwashing sinks. The handwashing sink by the front service line does not provide 100 F water. The temp was 93 F.
16-301.14 Post sign at all hand sinks that notifies employees to wash hands. The men's room did not have a sign for employees to wash their hands. The restroom was located across from the old Denny's location.
26-202.15 Provide weather stripping at outer door to seal opening. The back door by the dumpster does not have weather stripping to seal the opening at the bottom of the door.
14-301.14 Repair or replace ventilation hood systems and devices (including filters). Provide the correct fliters for the hood. The filters are not the correct size, and gaps are between the filters.
