15-501.11 Provide a concrete or asphalt storage surface for outdoor waste handling units that is smooth, durable, and sloped to drain./ Grease receptacle is positioned on the ground, and the dumpster is located on a dirt and gravel surface: relocate both waste handling units to smooth, durable areas of the asphalt surfacing.
