A chlorine sanitizer test kit with color chart (along with regular, chlorine bleach for sanitizing) was provided by the lunchroom manager during the inspection for on-site correction. Use the test kit to verify that solution measures within range (50-200ppm) after mixture; add/dilute as needed before soaking items for sanitization. |
