Communication of the policy to employees must be verifiable. The Healty Policy was not provided. This violation was also observed on 10/09/23

JCDH 2.1 Provide a Certified Food Safety Manager, with card from JCDH, on the premises at all hours of operation when using on-site food safety training. This debit was also done on 1/2/20. No manager on duty had a CFSM card.
