COS PIC moved items to working cooler to bring below 41F. Items were placed in cooler within 4 hours of inspection. // Reach in cooler closest to drive thru window with ambient temperature of 60F. No foods were stored in bottom, but food was in ice reaching proper temperatures on the make table portion. // Cooler drawers underneath burger grill with ambient temperature of 60F. Cooler thermometer read 49F. COS all items were moved to blast chiller.
14-501.11(B) Maintain components such as equipment doors, gaskets, etc., in good condition. // Repair or replace damaged gaskets throughout facility where needed, such as reach in cooler, warmers, and blast chiller. 4-101.11(B-E) Provide food contact surfaces that are: durable; corrosion resistant; non-absorbent; smooth; easily cleanable; resistant to chipping, scratching, distortion and decomposition. // Pie cooler exterior with peeling protective layer.
46-501.111(C) Provide effective insect and rodent control to eliminate their presence on the premises. // Small roach observed crawling on wall above handsink when EHS washed hands at beginning of inspection.

Wall surface peeling inside dry storage room with single service items. Damaged floor inside walk in cooler. 6-501.11 Repair or replace damaged door in WI cooler/WI freezer. // Walk in cooler door latch does not properly shut.
16-501.14 Clean air ducts and clean/change ventilation hood filters to prevent contamination by dust, dirt, etc. // Multiple hood vents with buildup of grease, such as burger grill and beside drive thru.
