16.A.1 Provide smooth, durable material such as sealed concrete, terrazzo, ceramic tile, durable grades of linoleum or vinyl composition tile, or plastic or laminate flooring for floors and floor coverings of infant, toddler, and activity rooms. Broken, chipped, cracked, damaged, or missing base and floor tiles throughout the facility.
