New Statewide Mask Ordinance

July 15, 2020: Governor Kay Ivey has amended the current Safer at Home order to include a statewide mask ordinance effective July 16, 2020 at 5 PM until July 31, 2020 at 5 PM. Read more information here.

Hours of Operation:
All Centers are open 7:45am to 4:30pm.
Phone lines for clinic appointments open at 7:00am Monday through Friday.
The Environmental Health cashier closes at 4:00pm.
