	There are four dental clinics and three mobile dental trailers that service children and adults throughout Jefferson County. To be Eligible for Treatment in JCDH Dental Clinics Clients must meet the following Eligibility Requirements You Must Be a Resident of Jefferson County and provide the following: Proof of Identity Proof of Residency, and Proof of Medicaid or All Kids Dental Insurance or Proof of Household Income
Please Note: Private Insurance Not Accepted Medicaid and All Kids recipients: Insurance will be verified at each visit, if inactive, must provide proof of household income and pay according to sliding fee scale Medicaid covers dental services through age 20; All Kids covers dental services through age 18

Mobile Programs: Our three mobile programs provide comprehensive dentistry to school aged children in the Jefferson County, Birmingham, Midfield and Bessemer City schools.
