Family Planning Clinic Guidelines

To be Eligible for Treatment in JCDH Family Planning (Birth Control) Clinics, clients must meet the following requirement:

• Be a resident of the state of Alabama

We request proof of income, residence, and identification (although it is not required for Family Planning services only).
